I collaborated closely with the Refinery 29 Australia team to spearhead and define the identity of the Australian division the publishing house; a leading next-gen media and entertainment platform dedicated to empowering women and amplifying underrepresented voices.
While drawing inspiration from the United States branding guidelines as a starting point, our primary objective was to craft a distinctive visual identity specifically tailored for the Australian audience. To achieve this, we delved into the essence of Australia's unique natural beauty and incorporated it into every aspect of the design process.
This made for captivating editorial opener images, thoughtfully crafted vertical lock-ups, dynamic video title sequences, and engaging social content. Each element of the design radiates the spirit of Australia, effectively capturing the essence of the brand and its mission.
