Pedestrian TV, Australia's top chaotic youth publisher, celebrated its 18th birthday with an unforgettable house party. As the creative lead and head designer, I oversaw the entire process, from pitching to clients to creating detailed room designs and the DVD-menu inspired website, to painting fluorescent green hashtags on large iridescent balls.
Drawing inspiration from Pedestrian TV's vibrant history as a DVD plasticzine while embracing the brand's future direction, each phase of the party was a unique blend of nostalgia and innovation. Chrome chains, fluro green swatches, silver cakes, and captivating headlines added an element of chaos and excitement that perfectly captured the essence of the brand.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the White Claw room, which exuded ski-punk winter party vibes. The room was brought to life with a large-scale melted mountain decal and DJ’s serving up chilled tracks.
We set the stage for an insanely awesome celebration that celebrated this powerhouse of a brand.
